Before I can offer meaningful input, time is required to properly understand the full history of your case. This is not a quick scan. It involves reading and rereading timelines, medical reports, laboratory results, supplement history, medication use, environmental exposures, and past therapies. For many people, this information spans years. Understanding what changed, when it changed, and what happened around those changes is often just as important as understanding what is happening today.
Every person arrives at their current health state through a unique sequence of events. Symptoms rarely exist in isolation. They are shaped by earlier stressors, immune challenges, nutrition, infections, toxic load, and emotional strain. Without seeing the full picture, it is easy to miss critical links. This is why the initial review alone can take several hours.
Because of the depth involved, I am limited in the number of cases I can accept. I do not work at scale, and I do not offer rapid consultations. Taking on too many clients would compromise the quality of the work and would not be fair to the individuals involved. This limitation is not about exclusivity. It is about responsibility.
Before making any payment, I ask that you email a brief summary of your case. This allows me to assess whether your situation aligns with my experience and current capacity. If payment is made and your case is not accepted, you will receive a full refund of all monies received, along with a recommendation for another professional who may be better placed to assist you.
If I do agree to work with you, it is because your case aligns with my research focus and I have the capacity to give it the attention it requires. This is not a process built around instant answers. It is investigative and reflective, and it often unfolds over time as patterns become clearer.
My fee is 120 USD per hour. Please note that it can take up to four hours of review and preparation before any protocol can be shared, due to the depth of work involved. Building a personalised protocol requires dedicated time. There is no template and no fixed formula that can be applied across individuals. Each recommendation is shaped by your full history and the order in which events unfolded.
In some cases, additional information may be requested before guidance is provided. This can include further blood work, functional testing, or imaging when deeper insight is required. All information is reviewed carefully and methodically, often more than once, to ensure nothing important is missed.
This work also requires realistic expectations. I do not replace medical care, and I do not offer guarantees. What I offer is careful review, pattern recognition, and informed guidance based on years of study and case observation. Progress often comes from identifying what has been overlooked, rushed, or misunderstood in the past.
